Can you paint any subject besides oil portraits of pets?

Will I be able to review my pet portrait oil painting prior to shipping?
YES. As soon as your pet portrait in oil is 90% complete, you will be receive a email photo. At this time you can suggest any minor changes, if needed. It is important that we receive clear and precise instructions on any changes required. If we do not hear from you within 4 days of the first proof being emailed for approval, your pet portraiture in oil will be finished and shipped in the normal manner. WHY? After 4 days the canvas portrait oil painting starts to dry and no revisions can be made. If you have a deadline for your pet oil painting portraits, please give us this information before we start and we will do our best to meet it.

Choose your format based on the pose and photo you will send us. One pet is painted as a horizontal or vertical and more than one pet is done as an horizontal portrait oil painting. Decide your canvas size. Decide how many figures are in your painting. A figure is a pet, human or a complex background objects to be included in the oil painting portrait. (example, a boy with a dog in photo is two figures. A boy with a dog on a car is three figures.) Decide if you want our TWA artist created background (neutral) or the background of your photo.
Step 2
After you have selected all of the above, you will need to fill your shipping and billing information and complete your order on our SSL secure server. We accept all major credit cards or PayPal, your order is guaranteed safe against fraud by our merchant processor.
Once payment is completed, you will have the choice of uploading your image or e-mailing it to TWA at portrait@theworldsartist.com.
Choosing a photo for a successful oil painting pet portrait.
The most important part of choosing your photo is to be happy with the composition and pose. We cannot change the pose. If your pet is looking forward, we cannot make it look right. However we can change the composition, we can replace backgrounds, we can even put them into a famous oil painting reproduction or we can add multiple images to create a group oil painted portrait. We can also make a black and white photo into an oil painting in color or a color photo into a black and white fine art oil painting on canvas portrait.
Scan your photo or have a print shop scan it for you at 200 dpi or higher. Your photos lighting will set the mood for the work of our TWA portrait artist. If your photo is dark and sad, or bright and happy, that is what your oil painting will look like. Important, sharp photo features, especially the eyes and hair, the better we will capture your pets personality and likeness in the oil painting portrait from photo.
