1. Will my 100% hand painted oil painting reproduction be an accurate copy of the original oil painting?
Each TWA 100% hand painted reproduction oil painting on canvas will maintain the energy, style and spirit of the original art. Our oil painting reproduction will not have any of the discoloration or cracks due to the process of centuries of weathering and age, the result is the fine art will look new, like when Vincent Van Gogh painted it. The reproduction oil paintings do not contain the original artist signature on them since the painting could then be considered a forgery. (But, we can put it if you like.) Otherwise the oil painting reproduction will indeed closely resemble the famous artists oil painting. 6. What oil painting materials are used to paint the famous artist reproduction oil paintings?

7. How long does it take to paint the oil painting reproductions?
Each art reproduction oil painting is hand painted when ordered. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for the completion of your reproduction oil painting's. Oversized or highly complex oil paintings will take more time for their completion, up to 3-4 weeks. Typically, additional time is needed for heavy applications of an impasto to dry, such as impressionist art, i.e. Vincent Van Gogh reproductions. Quality work takes time.
8. Can you make an oil painting portrait from photos of me, my pet, or my home?

9. How are the oil painting reproductions shipped?
All our oil painting reproductions, original art or portraits in oil are shipped rolled and protected inside a heavy-duty mailing tube and sent via express door-to-door delivery service such as FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL with track & trace services.
10. What are the average shipping charges for oil paintings?
The shipping charges are computed at checkout time, below are estimates to be added to the oil painting price based on one 20 x 24 in (50 x 60 cm) painting. Oil paintings can be imported into most countries (including the USA and EU) duty free. Harmonized Tariff Schedule 1) "Paintings, drawings and pastels, executed entirely by hand" (Heading 9701 & Subheading 9701.10.00) If there is duty or import tax in a country on items customer purchases, customer is responsible for paying them. 11. Do you offer framed oil paintings of framing service?
Sorry we do not, framing is a matter of personal preferences matched to your homes decorations. Frames add a lot of weight and cost in shipping and they can also be damaged in transit. Customers can use their local frame shop to frame their paintings, thereby matching the color and style of the oil painting reproduction or portrait oil painting to your personal surroundings, furniture and tastes.
12. What guarantee do you offer on oil painting reproductions?
Providing high quality oil paint art reproductions is our only goal. We have strict quality control to ensure our customer get the best quality oil paintings, all the time. Our service is completed only when you are totally satisfied. Each and every copy oil painting is individually examined against very strict quality standards before they are shipped, so you can rest assured that you will only receive the very best quality art museum oil painting reproductions on canvas that money can buy. 13. Cancellation of oil painting orders?
We keep no stock; all oil paintings are initiated when ordered. If the oil painting is cancelled before 2 days after payment is received, 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. After 2 days after payment is received – 15% will be deducted from refund amount. After 4 days, no cancellation. Why? Because we have started to custom paint your oil painting reproduction or custom portrait oil painting already. See portrait sections for explanation on painting process.
14. Return of oil paintings?
We carry no stock and each oil painting reproduction is custom made for you, and just for you, when you order it. If for any reason, the oil painting is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately, all we ask that is you notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of your oil painting, telling us the reason why you wish to return it. We will then provide further information on making your return to us. Portraiture, pet portraits, estate portraits and custom size paintings are neither non-refundable, nor returnable. Please return the oil paintings within 7-days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs and a 15% materials charge. Customer pays return postage. The oil paintings must be in its original condition and packaging. When returning your oil painting we ask that you ensure the following: It is returned to us via registered post or UPS, DHL, FedEX etc, with a signature upon delivery. It is marked as a return of goods on the airway bill. These steps will ensure that customs do not levy a tax on the painting as it is returned to back to us.
